Information about the Shareholding Structure
The Investor must have information of possible variations, no matter how small they are, on the participation in the share capital and about the advisers of those companies which shares are traded on the stock exchange market. They must also be informed when shares are acquired or the transmission of shares that supposes that the participation, from those who sell or those who buy, increases or diminishes surpassing the threshold of 5% of the capital (or its successive multiples).
These significant participations must be communicated to the organism in charge of watching and supervising the market, in a pre-established period of time.
The objective of this type of information is to have the knowledge of share holding structure and of their actual power that can be exercised o others.
Information about the Ordinary General Board The information referred to the ordinary general board of shareholders is offered at the same date in which they get together.
It consists on giving to the shareholders the knowledge of the annual accounts of the company, as main information.
The objective is to permit the investors ask for information or explanations about matters that are obtained on the agenda.
Economical and Financial Information This information is offered when the ordinary general board of the company meets. There exist a pre established date for the meeting.
It consists on presenting to the supervising organism of the market the representative documents of the economical and financial situation of the company: the balance sheet, the account of loss and profit, the annual report and the approved proposition for the application of the profits.
This information must be given to all the shareholders that ask for it.
The objective is to help investors to have a good base of information and of analysis.
