And . . . if things do not turn out well?

Sometimes, in spite of the efforts and goodwill of both parts, the relation between agent and client are not as good as they should be. Things that could happen: the account executive is not helping you to achieve the objectives; your financial situation and objectives have changed and due to it, one needs the service of a specialized professional in another field; the account executive has gone to work to another agency and one does not wish to follow, different points of views have come forth and there is no way to overcome them.

No matter what are the reason and always that you feel it is necessary, the decision to change of account executive is only yours. Nevertheless, first determine who is in fault: if the account executive or the agency.

If the other services (execution, liquidation, etc.) given by the agency are in order, maybe one should only change the account executive by another of the same agency.

After selecting a new account executive, the former executive with your authorization will brief him and pass him all your assets. From then on, it will only depend on the new account executive. The same as you change of account executive when not happy with his work; the same one can change agencies.
